Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Trainer to deliver effective training sessions, develop learning materials, and help trainees enhance their skills and performance. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to engage learners effectively.
Key Responsibilities
1. Plan and deliver training sessions (classroom / online / practical).
2. Develop training materials, presentations, and course content.
3. Assess trainee performance and provide feedback.
4. Customize training programs based on learner needs.
5. Maintain training records and attendance.
6. Evaluate trainee performance and provide feedback.
7. Support trainees with doubts and assessments.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in relevant field.
2. Proven experience as a Trainer or similar role (preferred).
3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
4. Strong subject knowledge.
5. Basic computer knowledge.
