Office Assistant

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and organized Office Assistant to support daily office operations. The ideal candidate will assist with administrative tasks, maintain records, and ensure smooth functioning of the office.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in day-to-day office administrative work.
2. Handle phone calls, emails, and visitor coordination.
3. Maintain files, documents, and office records.
4. Support data entry and basic computer work.
5. Assist senior staff with clerical tasks.
6. Assist with data entry and basic computer work.

Required Skills

1. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email).
2. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to multitask and follow instructions.

Qualification

1. Minimum 10th / 12th pass (Graduation preferred).
2. Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Email.
3. Good communication and coordination skills.
