Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and responsible Pharmacist to manage prescription dispensing, ensure medication safety, and provide accurate pharmaceutical guidance to customers. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of medicines, excellent attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
1. Verify prescriptions for correctness and legality.
2. Dispense prescription and over-the-counter medicines accurately.
3. Counsel patients on medication usage, dosage, and side effects.
4. Maintain proper storage and inventory of medicines.
5. Keep records of sales, stock, and controlled substances.
6.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy.
7. Coordinate with doctors and healthcare staff.
Required Qualifications
1. Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Diploma in Pharmacy (D.Pharm).
2. Valid State Pharmacy Council registration.
3. Basic computer knowledge (billing & inventory systems).
4.Ability to work in shifts if required.
5. Knowledge of medicines, dosages, and drug interactions.
